Easel is a visual-first generative AI company that builds and offers people-centered technology through its consumer app and enterprise-facing APIs - from avatars and photoshoots to fashion. Easel AI is founded by ex-Snapchat and Stanford team, and specializes in no-training-based AI models for instant results for users and clients.

Contribution

I lead the end-to-end product roadmap and design process, building our iOS app from a iMessage extension. I instituted deep user research and analytics to refine product-market fit, structured the design system, and strategized our B2B expansion alongside core iOS experiences.

Outcome

Unified the cross-functional team around a focused, metrics-driven product vision. Increased daily active users, reduced churn, and unlocked new revenue streams through enterprise partnerships across fashion, media, and influencer markets.
